(a) Install the fuel pump harness.

(b) Apply a light coat of gasoline to a new O-ring. Then install the O-ring and spacer to the fuel pump.

(c) Attach the 5 claws to the claw holes and install the fuel pump and suction plate with filter.

(a) Attach the 2 claws to the claw holes and install the sub tank sub-assembly.

(b) Attach the 3 claws to the claw holes.

(c) Connect the fuel tube.

(d) Install the tube part to the sub tank sub-assembly.

(1) Attach the claw on the end of the tube to the claw hole. Install the tube to the 2 clamps on the sub tank sub-assembly.

(e) Connect the fuel pump connector.

(a) Set the sender gauge to the sub tank sub-assembly. Then slide the sender gauge downward to install it.
